This is a story/series idea about groups of kids that live in an urban complex called Alphabet Flats. Each building is named after a letter of the alphabet and they are circular buildings, which have a set of two elevators in the center and eight apartments that are situated around them.

Many, many children reside in Alphabet Flats and usually congregate in their hall and play with the other kids who live on their floor. They form cliques, clubs, clans, secret organizations and sometimes gangs.

This series revolves around a series of children who live in different buildings of Alphabet Flats and discover the kind of adventures they can experience without leaving the complex. The world of the Halligans is full of mystery, thrill, first crushes, sticker trading, eating candy, stray animals, fantasy and yes, even wars.

The Halligans will bring you back to the days where you wore one roller-skate, created time-machines out of refrigerator boxes, made your own spy-kits, would have traded anything you owned for a unicorn oily sticker, werenÕt ashamed to show off your choreographed dance routines and counted down the days to Halloween.
